Military Conventions and Reunions
Everything Set Up and Ready To Go

I am Retired Military and I will make YOUR convention the most enjoyable time for your members. Whatever the size of your group, from 10 to 2000, you will be treated  "Vegas Style."

My name is Mike Cameron.  I am a retired Naval Officer.  I did, however, spend 14 years in the Army as an enlisted Sergeant First Class.  Upon retirement I went to work in Washington, D.C. as the Director of Administration for a Veterans Association.  One of my jobs was to plan and set up the yearly conventions.  I learned not only about what makes a good convention and but also about what makes a GREAT convention.

It is all about the NEGOTIATION........

I live in Las Vegas. I know the hotels, the sales and marketing staff and what it takes to make a GREAT convention.  I just finished planning a military convention for 1500. So now my staff and I are ready to work with YOU.

You and your staff can be as hands on in the planning and operation of your convention as you desire, or you can plan it and leave the operation to us. It is all about the $$$$$. I know this and am willing to work with you to get the best value for your $$$$.

The best time $$$ wise to hold a convention in Vegas is during the summer. The reason is that it is HOT in Vegas.  The city still functions 24/7, but your outside activities will be restricted or planned for early morning or late afternoon.  The good news is everything in Vegas is air conditioned.  Another good time to save $$ is the 2nd and 3rd week of December.  Vegas is pretty much empty during that time frame. The rest of the year Vegas is relatively full and reservations need to be made as far in advance as possible-- two years to eighteen months is about right for large conventions, one year to nine months for small ones.  Remember, the longer you wait, the fewer options you will have to choose from.
